Please submit $25 deposit via Venmo (@Isabella-Perpetuo) this is non-refundable and fully secures your appointment. This goes toward the total cost of your appointment!
24 hour cancellation policy.
Please be timely, if you are more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to take you. Another appointment and deposit would need to be booked at that time.
Address and parking instructions sent via email after booking.
Plus ones are welcomed. No children unless they are a client.
No pets unless they are service animals.
No smoking, drinking, or vaping permitted.

Please submit designs via Instagram (@nailsmadeizzy) and we can discuss the design, timing, and pricing.
I will book this appointment for you. Along with the design please provide your name, number, and email so you can receive the booking information.
Please aim to submit designs 1 - 2 weeks before so I can plan accordingly. I look forward to your ideas, thank you!
